What We Do
RISE is a nonprofit organization that seeks to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and follow His Great Commission. We are mobile missionaries who serve the communities we visit. We help care for all creation including the earth, people, and animals. We distribute Bibles for free and help out individual organizations and missions. We clean up litter and help with animal rescue efforts. We offer prayer ministry to the general public and hold outreach events. We also lead worship throughout creation to honor God with praise music: singing, dancing, flagging, playing instruments, fire spinning, and other forms of flow and expression. We encourage individuals to have their own encounter with God through active participation and spiritual renewal.
Our Beginning
We have been doing missionary work and outreach our whole lives! However, the birth of RISE was around 2017 when Caitlin began organizing groups of people for women’s empowerment and homeless outreach. Around the same time, Wolfgang travelled to Texas to volunteer after Hurricane Harvey. It took us a few years to find each other but it was love at first sight! We knew that God brought us together to have a greater impact. By January 2025, we launched RISE as a non-profit organization. This allows us to take donations and distribute them easier as opposed to venmo and other platforms.
